Shirataki No Carb Chicken Recipe

Enjoy this No Carb Gluten Free Pasta and Chicken recipe we call Shirataki Chicken.  It is created with glucomannan Shirataki noodles that are carb free.  We combined it with some sweet Chili Sauce and the flavor is amazing.   

Give this low calorie protein packed very low carb recipe a try!! 

Ingredients: 

1 lb of Chicken
2 packages (3oz) of Shirataki No Carb Noodles (from Miracle Noodle- Gluten Free, Carb Free)
6 Tbsp Chili Sauce (or you can use Chili Soy Sauce)
Soy Sauce
 

Instructions:

Heat Extra Virgin Olive Oil in skillet.  When the oil is hot place sliced boneless chicken breasts into skillet.  Add enough soy sauce to coat chicken and cook until chicken is thoroughly cooked.  Add 3 Tbsp of chili sauce to chicken and heat for another 2-3 minutes.  Remove chicken and set aside.

Drain Shirataki Fetuccine noodles in colander and rinse with water for 10-15 seconds.  Pat the noodles dry with a paper towel and place them into the skillet.  Heat noodles for 4-5 minutes to dry out some of the water in the noodles.  Once most of the water has cooked off add 3 Tbsp chili sauce and saute for another 3-4 minutes to continue to cook off the water from the noodles.  

Finish recipe by adding chicken back into skillet and mixing well for 2-3 minutes.
