You can’t eat low fat and also low carb with the expectation that you will reach your goals.

Your energy has to come from somewhere and if your body gets to make the decision it is always going to be carbs because it is simple to use.

  • Omega-3 rich eggs 
  • Flaxseeds
  • Chia seeds 

Other fats that provide good energy are oils such as coconut oil and olive oil.

Full fat cheeses are good options as well as real butter.


Just remember that we can’t fear fat if we ever want to break the dependency on sugar. Our bodies adapt and when we feed it in a smart and intelligent way it will thrive without the need for sugar.
